Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the start of a GBC conference to receive a full refund of the conference fees. Cancellations received more than 14 days before the first day of the conference will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the meeting will not receive a refund.

Forms of Payment
We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Diners Club and Discover as forms of payment. Due to our cancellation and refund policy, we will not invoice for payment.
Registration Includes
- Full access to the conference proceedings and networking events
- A complete summary of conference presentations and take-away sessions emailed to you within five business days after the conference.
- Opportunities to network and learn from members at elite companies in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, electronics, chemicals, government, pharmaceuticals, automotive and manufacturing.
Membership, Discounts and Use of Tickets
- Members of the Global Benchmarking Council receive two complimentary tickets to attend each of the three annual conferences.
- Members of the Business Excellence Board receive a complimentary ticket to one of the three annual conferences.
- Member Guests, including third and fourth representatives from the same company as well as referrals to colleagues outside of the member company can attend for a discounted rate.
- Members of the Best Practice Database receive a discount off the registration fee.
Join Us!
We hope you can join us as a Global Benchmarking Council member, speaker, member guest or visitor. Attending a meeting is a great way to evaluate the benefits of membership and network with current members. If your company joins the Global Benchmarking Council within 30 days of attending the meeting, it can apply up to two full registration fees towards the annual cost of membership. If you are interested in sending more than one visitor to this meeting, you can save money by joining the Global Benchmarking Council now.
Can't Attend?

Get the Meeting Report. The next best thing to being at a Global Benchmarking Council meeting in person is getting a copy of the Meeting Report. It will include highlights, speaker quotes, anecdotes, and select slides from each presentation as well as roundtable discussion notes and key audience take-aways.
