| December 2010 Research Alert
This month we added three new case studies to the Best Practice Database. The case studies look at what went right and wrong in the launches of Effient, Gardasil and Onglyza and provide an array of insights around critical issues affecting new product launches in the current environment. These three case studies deliver best practices and lessons learned for a variety of functional areas, including: marketing, policy, strategy, new product planning, and medical affairs. We also published a new report this month on establishing policies/guidelines for Competitive Intelligence groups to reduce corporate risk. The four new Best Practices, LLC studies listed below under Newly Added Research explore how leading companies have made their operations more effective across these different areas.
