January 2011 Research Alert
To start 2011 off right, we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database this month. Three of the studies provide an array of insights on critical issues affecting internal brand communication directed at employees. The last study explores how the market research function is evolving from a primarily tactical role to one that is strategically focused. These four new database documents deliver best practices and lessons learned for a variety of functional areas, including: brand, internal communications, marketing, new product planning, strategy and market research. The four new Best Practices, LLC studies listed below under Newly Added Research explore how leading companies have made their operations more effective across these different areas.
