Christopher Bogan
Best Practices LLC President and CEO Christopher Bogan is a recognized expert and thought leader in the application of best practices for performance improvement. He has advised various Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Winners and other industry leading corporations. Mr. Bogan is a co-author of the highly acclaimed book, Benchmarking for Best Practices: Winning Through Innovative Adaptation, which has been hailed as "the new benchmark" for all those interested in benchmarking and best practice performance improvement. Mr. Bogan's first book, The Baldrige: What It Is, How it's Won, How To Use It to Improve Quality in Your Company, explores the quality systems of world-class companies. He is an honors graduate of the Harvard Business School and Amherst College. He sits on the boards of several corporations and is a Guest Lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. |

Cameron Tew
Business Excellence Board Head & Manager, Research & Publishing Operations Cameron Tew brings experience in research, analysis, writing, field interviews, management and project leadership to the Best Practices, LLC team. Recent project work includes studies around FDA regulatory relationship building, building competitive intelligence functions, sales force training, pharmaceutical commercial launch, speaker training programs and effectiveness of medical science liaisons. Mr. Tew honed his research and management skills during 14 years as an award-winning journalist and editor. Cameron has extensive experience in primary and secondary research and interviewing tactics. He holds a B.A. degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Martha Haswell
Research Manager Martha Haswell brings extensive experience in research, writing, and market communications to the Best Practices, LLC team. Recent project work includes benchmarking studies on marketing career pathways, cost effectiveness of corporate libraries and building relationships with multicultural physicians. Ms. Haswell honed her research skills as a Senior Research Specialist at Nortel Networks and her writing and interviewing skills as a newspaper reporter and bureau chief. She holds a B.A. degree in journalism and an M.S. in information science, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
