|This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. Three of the new documents are focused on key issues associated with creating and maintaining global field-based medical teams such as MSLs. Topics around globalizing MSL teams that are addressed in the studies include resources, operating models, internal communication, and global standards. The fourth study looks at the evolving role of medical affairs within the medical device sector and in particular, the document examines global coordination and managing compliance. |
