SEPTEMBER 2016 Research Alert

This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. Two of the documents are from our new study on patient advocacy excellence. These two studies explore key elements associated with working with patient advocacy groups, including structure, managing relationships, regulatory impact and technology utilization. The other two documents are from a digital marketing study focused on improving digital ROI, supporting the field force, mobile engagement, and improving performance measurement.
