Jay will discuss the ongoing evolution of Thomson's holistic performance measurement process. He will discuss tools and technologies used to successfully link corporate strategy with human resource performance measurement as well as operational performance. Thomson succeeds in aggregating performance metrics across 45 diverse business units and aligning the workforce with corporate objectives.
Thomson launched its Balanced Scorecard in 2000. Now, three integrated planning modules inform the goal-setting and data-collection process for key performance metrics tracked in each quadrant of the scorecard.
