Bank of America's Test & Learn is a series of "micro-pilots" designed to improve productivity and reduce expense. It also allows Bank of America to learn what works before going into production. Ms. Denny will explain how Bank of America's Credit Card Division is using Test & Learn to prove projects using solid metrics for program measurement to make objective decisions, rather than seat-of-the-pants guesses.
