STUDY OVERVIEW

In the continually evolving biopharma marketplace, corporate libraries and information centers are under immense pressure to provide rapid access to critical information that can aid in the decision-making process.

However, with dwindling corporate funding and growing internal service requests, library and information center leaders need to optimize the structure and strategies of their library organization to maximize impact.

Best Practices, LLC undertook this benchmarking research to help library and information center leaders compare scope, structure, and strategy adoption of library services at their companies with those at other organizations within the biopharmaceutical and medical device industry.
