  • Library Usage: Corporate libraries provide wide-ranging services to their organization, but penetration rates of the user base is only 41%.
    Larger organizations averaged a 40% user penetration rate of company employees using library resources, while small organizations successfully serve only 33% of their company.

METHODOLOGY
