The iPad and MSLs: Security, Compliance and Measuring Effectiveness

STUDY BACKGROUND

The iPad - with its wide-ranging capabilities - is quickly supplanting laptops as the principal tool for enhancing Medical Science Liaisons' interactions with thought leaders. While the iPad brings many attributes to the table, its use also comes with issues around security, compliance and effectiveness.

Best Practices, LLC conducted this study to provide insights around the use of iPads by MSLs and issues around compliance, security, and measuring effectiveness. There is also a chapter regarding challenges and best practices regarding MSLs utilizing iPads.
