STUDY OVERVIEW

Communicating with field personnel in distributed organizations has always been challenging and remains so even in the light of numerous technology advances in the last decade. In an effort to better understand communication methods, Best Practices, LLC deployed a benchmark study to identify and evaluate communication and messaging effectiveness. The outputs of the study will enable study participants to identify optimal modes of communication in relation to specific business needs. This study was designed to measure the effectiveness of communication with field-based staff/personnel that engage with clients on a regular basis.
